Frequently Asked Questions
Are your wallpapers made to order?
Yes. Every wallpaper is custom-made to your exact wall measurements. This ensures a perfect fit while minimizing waste, reducing unnecessary seams, and maintaining beautiful pattern alignment.
Can the wallpaper be cleaned
Yes. The surface can be gently wiped with a soft, slightly damp cloth. To preserve the print quality, we recommend avoiding abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals.
Is the wallpaper easy to install?
Yes. Our wallpapers are designed with easy pattern matching to simplify installation. While professional installation is recommended for the best results, experienced DIY users can also install them with confidence.
What type of walls are suitable?
Our wallpapers adhere best to smooth, clean, dry, and properly prepared walls. If your wall has been freshly painted, we recommend waiting at least 2–3 weeks before installation to allow the paint to fully cure.
What materials are your wallpapers made from?
Our wallpapers are crafted using premium-quality materials that are thick, durable, and designed to last. Printed with high-resolution technology, every design features exceptional detail, rich colors, and long-lasting fade resistance.
How long does production take?
Since every wallpaper is made specifically for your order, production typically takes 5–7 business days. Once completed, your order is carefully packaged and shipped.
Will the printed colors match what I see on my screen?
Slight color variations may occur due to differences in monitor or mobile device settings. We carefully calibrate our printing process to reproduce every design as accurately as possible.
What wallpaper types do you offer?
We currently offer three premium wallpaper options:
• Peel & Stick Fabric
A premium woven fabric with a self-adhesive backing, offering a luxurious texture, easy installation, and clean removal.
• Peel & Stick Smooth
A smooth self-adhesive wallpaper with a modern, elegant finish and simple application.
• Traditional Non-Woven
A high-quality paste-the-wall wallpaper preferred for its durability, professional appearance, and long-lasting performance.
